What is IPMAT, and why it matters
The Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) is an entrance exam for 5-year Integrated Management programmes offered by leading IIMs across India. It gives Class 12 students a direct pathway into management education after school.
IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak conduct separate IPMAT examinations with different exam patterns and selection processes. IIM Ranchi, Shillong, Amritsar and Sirmaur also consider IPMAT Indore scores, while IIM Jammu and Bodh Gaya use JIPMAT.
