Built on the academic legacy of Ensign Study Circle, which began in 2012 as a Civil Service study group, Enskool was established in February 2020 to extend quality education to school and college students through a modern, hybrid learning ecosystem — combining experienced mentors, interactive technology, and structured learning methodologies to support students across Kerala.

Two ideas that shaped everything we've built since.

Why we started

Enskool was founded by a dedicated team of Civil Service aspirants and educators from the Malabar region who believed quality guidance shouldn't be limited to competitive exam candidates alone. After years mentoring aspirants through Ensign Study Circle, the founders saw how little structured academic guidance was available to school students — and set out to identify talent early and mentor it continuously.

What drives us

Many talented students, especially from rural and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, miss opportunities simply due to limited access to quality coaching and mentorship. Enskool exists to close that gap, so every deserving student can compete confidently in scholarship exams, national entrance tests, and future careers.
