These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Student", or "Parent/Guardian") and Enskool Learning LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing access to our official website (enskoollearning.com), Web App, Android mobile application, courses, and educational services (the "Platform").
Accessing the Platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or paying any fee constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
1. User Eligibility, Minors & Course Operations
For students under 18 years of age, registration, payment commitments, and platform usage across web and mobile interfaces must be conducted under parental or legal guardian supervision, with parents assuming complete legal, conduct, and financial liability.
Enskool is an independent educational training provider, and users are solely responsible for verifying age criteria, exam eligibility, and official board application deadlines. We deliver structured coaching for scholarship, entrance, and career guidance programs including USS, NMMS, CUET, NCET, IPMAT, JIPMAT, CMAT, KLEE, Civil Service Foundation, Career Aptitude Test, and Career Counselling across online, offline, web, and hybrid modes.
Enskool reserves full operational authority to adjust batch timings, timetables, delivery formats, and assigned faculty as necessary without incurring liability. Course access automatically terminates upon completion of the enrolled course duration or immediate examination cycle.
2. Fee Settlements, Non-Refundability & Batch Cancellations
All program fees must be settled in advance via authorized payment channels. If installment plans are granted, failure to pay subsequent dues on or before the due date results in immediate revocation of web and mobile platform access.
All fees—including registration charges, course admission costs, down payments, and digital access fees—are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once access is granted or enrollment is confirmed. Student non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or voluntary withdrawals do not qualify for any refund or fee waiver.
In the event Enskool cancels a batch prior to launch due to administrative reasons, Company liability is strictly limited to either a 100% refund of the course fee received or a free transfer to the next available batch.
3. External Examination Disruptions & Academic Disclaimers
Enskool is an independent private institution and has no affiliation with government examination boards, the National Testing Agency (NTA), state education departments, or university selection authorities. Any postponement, date rescheduling, syllabus revision, exam restructuring, or total cancellation of an official exam by testing authorities remains completely beyond Enskool's control and does not entitle users to refunds, fee waivers, or validity extensions beyond the scheduled academic term.
Furthermore, Enskool provides high-standard coaching, materials, aptitude evaluations, and mentorship but does not guarantee specific marks, percentiles, ranks, government scholarships, or institutional admissions. Student academic outcomes and career paths depend entirely on individual diligence, exam difficulty, and evaluation body determinations.
4. Intellectual Property, Single-User License & Zero Anti-Piracy
All video lessons, mock tests, question banks, study notes, graphics, software, and brand assets across web and mobile platforms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Enskool Learning LLP. Enrollment grants a personal, revocable, single-active-session license solely for non-commercial educational use.
Screen recording, downloading stream-only lectures, sharing login credentials, or distributing materials across Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Drive, or external platforms is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate and permanent account termination without refund, alongside statutory civil and criminal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and Information Technology Act, 2000.
5. Limitation of Liability, Jurisdiction & Grievance Desk
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Enskool and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from technical downtime, network failures, or browser incompatibility. Users agree to indemnify Enskool against all legal claims and damages resulting from Terms violations or intellectual property infringement.
